Canyoning Castellon in the late spring and into summer is interesting. Mediterranean Spain is a hot dry place in these months, so most people spend their time along the coast, swimming in the warm Mediterranean Sea and having a cerveza and siesta on the beach. There are a few canyons that hold water longer than most in Castellon. We found one of those and spent another day doing a fun dry canyon that never holds water.
