Beginner

Beginner level via ferratas are a perfect introduction for people with little to no via ferrata experience. Ferratas at this level contain closely spaced rungs and easy sections on less than vertical rock. Anyone with an adequate fitness level and lots of enthusiasm can complete beginner level via ferratas. These excursions are a great introduction to the world of via ferratas and usually last about 4 hrs in duration.

Intermediate

Intermediate level via ferratas are a fine choice for those with previous experience and for those that want a little more physical and mental challenge. Most of these ferratas are characterized by mostly easy sections interspersed with a few short intense steep sections that require a certain level of physical fitness. Sometimes there are bridges to cross. This activity normally lasts about 4 hrs.

Advanced

Advanced via ferratas are most enjoyable for those with previous ferrata experience and good rock movement skills. At this level there are extended sections of vertical or overhanging rock. Often times there is a lot of exposure and plenty of air below your feet. A high level of physical and mental fitness are necessary to conquer these ferratas. The duration of this activity is approximately 4 hrs.
