Beginner

A great introduction to canyoning and perfect for those seeking their first canyoning experience. These canyons tend to be more open with little confinement, less verticality, few if any tight passages and ample escape routes. Some scrambling over rocks may be required. Simple rappels in an amenable environment and without any significant technical difficulties characterize canyons of this level. These canyons are usually completely dry without any flowing or standing water. Beginner level canyoning is a great option for a half-day excursion with approximately 4hr of activity.

Intermediate

Intermediate level canyons are for those that have some previous canyoning experience. These canyons may be more enclosed and narrower than Beginner level canyons. Sometimes they are studded with small pools filled with water although we can usually avoid getting wet. There are usually plenty of natural obstacles to conquer as well, including scrambling over boulders and fallen trees. It's time to test those rappeling and technical skills to fulfill your expectations and enjoy the day to its utmost. Expect to spend 4-6hr engaged in the activity.

Advanced

Advanced level canyoning is for those who have ample technical and psychological experience with canyoning and for those who want to push their limits. Good physical fitness and agility are necessary. These canyons tend to be more enclosed with multiple tight passages and more complicated rappels. Often times there is standing or running water and sometimes a river runs through the canyon ensuring a refreshing experience. Many obstacles are found in these canyons and they can be a challenge for even the most seasoned canyoneer. You can expect to spend about 6 hr engaged in the activity.
